Parking Supervisor

Paul joined the MIDAP team with more than 12 years in business management and customer service experience as a Parking Supervisor. In this role, Paul oversees MIDAP’s parking operations across the company’s portfolio. With a keen interest in customer satisfaction, Paul has used his entrepreneurial and customer service skills to help MIDAP increase parking revenue, reduce costs and maintain quality control and customer satisfaction. Paul is currently pursuing his Associate’s Degree in Applied Science at Baltimore City Community College.
