Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc., and the Caves Valley Partnership both commercial real estate development and management firms, announced on Thursday, May 12th that together they had closed on the Lafayette Building situated in Towson, Maryland. The project represents the first acquisition by Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc. and the Caves Valley Partnership.

Formerly known as The Lafayette Building, 40 West is a Class-B office building with units ranging from 500 – 9,000 square feet. Property amenities include close proximity to area retail, restaurants and banking, available on-site parking, and situated near both County Court Houses.

Exterior Renovations

40 West will receive full scale renovations of the exterior of the property. Specifically, renovations of the exterior lobby and retail fronts to reflect the modern capabilities this building has to offer.

INterior Renovations

Mid-Atlantic Properties plans to fully renovate the interior of the building. Extensive renovations are already in progress to the lobby and other common areas of the building. These renovations are all an effort to carry out the Mid-Atlantic Properties mission of 100% tenant satisfaction. Our tenant services personnel is the most responsive in the industry.
