Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc. is a privately owned investment, development and management company. Established in 1987, Mid-Atlantic Properties has become a prominent owner of office and retail buildings in the Mid-Atlantic region. We concentrate on purchasing office and retail “value-add” properties.
At Mid-Atlantic Properties, we put our tenants first. We strive to have 100% tenant satisfaction. Our tenant services personnel is the most responsive in the industry. We encourage you to put us to the test. If you like responsive property management, you will love our staff.
We are the most flexible and creative Landlord in our approach to leasing. If you like our space, we will make a fair deal to get you into our building. Once you are a Mid-Atlantic Properties tenant, if you grow or downsize, we will accommodate your needs.
We purchase existing office and retail properties and land in the Mid-Atlantic region. We respect our neighbors and the neighborhoods in which we own property. We reposition our acquisitions by: upgrading the appearance and amenities, leasing to high quality tenants, and maintaining a high level of responsive property management – which retains the appearance for our neighbors and our tenants.
We continually reinvest in our properties to maintain the appearance and functionality that our tenants deserve. We are long term owners. Once you are a Mid-Atlantic Properties tenant, we hope you are a Mid-Atlantic Properties tenant for life.

At Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc., we not only believe in giving back to our neighbors and our tenants, we believe that each of our employees should give back to the community at large. At Mid-Atlantic Properties, our entire staff spends one day per month participating in community service, such as: Our Daily Bread, Habitat for Humanity, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Baltimore, Inc., NAIOP Maryland’s Community Service Projects, and our own Christmas Santa Program.
