Charlie Werden

Summer Intern

Charlie Werden is currently a summer intern at Mid Atlantic Properties and a Finance major at the University of Tampa. In addition to his studies, Charlie has gained valuable experience in client relations, business operations, and leadership roles through operating his own hauling business. With a strong interest in commercial real estate, he looks forward to expanding his industry knowledge of leasing, acquisitions and property management while gaining hands-on industry experience. Charlie’s strong work ethic, initiative, and curiosity make him a great addition to the Mid Atlantic Properties team, and we are excited to have him with us this summer.
