Chloé Waltemeyer joined MIDAP in 2026 as Executive Assistant & Office Manager. In this role, she provides high-level administrative and operational support, helping to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations and a seamless experience for tenant’s. A Towson native, Chloé graduated from Towson High School in 2021 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2025. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach make her an integral part of the MIDAP team
