Lauren Maria joined MIDAP in 2026 as Assistant Property Manager and One Office Manager. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the One Office co-working space and assists with property management of the Court Towers building located at 210 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, ensuring seamless operations and a positive tenant experience. Lauren earned her degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Advertising and Public Relations from Towson University in 2024 and brings hands-on property management experience gained during and after her academic career.
