Ben Dabrowski promoted to Vice President

Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Benjamin Dabrowski to Vice President.  Ben oversees Asset Management, Property Management, Building Engineering and Construction for the company.  Ben also plays a key role in redevelopment initiatives as properties are acquired and stabilized. He is relied on for his intuition and industry knowledge of Office, Retail and Parking structures as he negotiates contracts and sets schedules for all Capital Improvement projects across the portfolio.  Most recently, Ben has supplied Owner Representation for Allegheny parking garage’s concrete construction and barrier cable installation as well as redevelopment of 40 West Chesapeake, a 55,000 SF Office Building in Towson.

Ben started his real estate career in 2005 managing Office and Industrial Buildings for KLNB Management.  He later spent time with Titan Development managing Multi-Family redevelopment projects in Charles Village near Johns Hopkins University before joining Mid-Atlantic Properties in 2011. Ben is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, an active member of IREM, and in pursuit of a CPM Designation.  A life-long Baltimore native, Ben graduated from Loyola High School and Towson University and lives in Lutherville with his wife and four children.
