Aveley Farm’s One Year Anniversary in Towson

Aveley Farms recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of opening its Towson coffee roastery and café. Last year, Aveley partnered with Mid-Atlantic Properties, the owner of 42 W. Chesapeake Avenue, to make the move from Harbor East to Towson. Mid-Atlantic Properties purchased the property with the Aveley partnership in mind, and the two parties entered into a long-term lease agreement for the almost four thousand square foot building in April of 2022. After signing the lease, Aveley gutted and remodeled the space into a modern, inviting coffee shop and roasting facility and opened its doors that October. As detailed in a recent article in the Baltimore Business Journal, the move bolstered Towson’s economic base and reinvigorated a property that had been vacant for two decades prior to Aveley’s opening. The café has become a local hot spot for Towson University students and the Towson workforce during the week and families on the weekends. Aveley recently expanded its menu and now offers a delicious assortment of pastries, paninis, avocado toasts and breakfast burritos. Mid-Atlantic Properties is thrilled to have been a part of Aveley’s move to Towson and looks forward to their continued success!
