Evan Altemus

Summer Intern

Evan Altemus is a rising senior at the University of South Carolina, where he is double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. He is actively involved in the South Carolina Organization of Real Estate and the Carolina Investment Foundation, allowing him to expand his knowledge of real estate, finance, and investing outside of the classroom. As a summer intern at Mid Atlantic Properties, Evan is gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate and learning about the many aspects of the industry. He brings a strong work ethic, analytical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset to every project, and is always eager to learn from the experienced professionals around him.
